2. Take 5 minutes to close your eyes and meditate

4. Set your phone on ‘DND’ while you sleep
Not only does Do Not Disturb mode on your phone help you get a restful, uninterrupted night of sleep, it also benefits you to leave it on do not disturb as you wake up and get ready. Instantly crowding your thoughts with the needs and desires of other people who have texted, called or emailed is really stressful and doesn’t give your brain any time to ease into action before it starts to feel sick of the day, already.
