Q: Who do I contact to start my return or exchange?

A: We have a policy that permits exchanges and/or store credit. If you need to return/exchange your product, please contact by email at sales@reesetcollections.com

Q: Can I work for Reeset Collections?

A: We are not currently seeking new employees, however, we love to see potential, so feel free to email your resume to ash@reesetcollections.com and we will get back with you if we feel you could potentially be a good fit for Reeset. 

Q: I didn’t realize my item was for pre-order, and now I want a refund. Can I have my order refunded? 

A: We have a no *refund* policy listed on the site, however, it is possible to be given store credit in exchange for your pre-ordered product. 

Q: How can I check the status of my shipment? 

A: You will be emailed a notification of shipment with a tracking order when your order ships. 

Q. I haven't received a shipping email - how do I know the status of my order?

A: Because we are a startup, orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days, and sometimes, they're shipped the next day. We love you for choosing Reeset, because we know you have options - and thank you for bearing with us as we handle the overwhelming amount of shipments with just a few employees. We are so grateful.
